BrTxGNN - Drug Repurposing Explorer

BrTxGNN is a SMART on FHIR application that provides AI-predicted drug repurposing candidates for ANVISA-approved medications in Brazil. It leverages the TxGNN knowledge graph and deep learning models to predict new therapeutic indications for existing drugs.

Features:

- Automatically retrieves patient medications from EHR via FHIR

- Maps drugs using RxNorm and fuzzy matching to a database of 1,249 medications

- Displays repurposing predictions with 5,407 predicted indications

- Evidence levels (L1-L5) based on knowledge graph and deep learning validation

- Integrated ClinicalTrials.gov search for related clinical trials

- Localized Portuguese (pt-BR) interface

- Standalone mode available for testing without EHR connection
