Claidex Compass

Claidex Compass is a clinician-facing SMART on FHIR app that brings clinical trial screening into the patient visit.

Launched from inside the chart, it reads read-only clinical context (problems, medications, labs with reference-range flags, and demographics), then searches open trials across the major public registries: ClinicalTrials.gov, EU CTIS, and ISRCTN.

Candidate trials are ranked against the patient with sourced, transparent reasoning for why a patient does or does not qualify.

Compass drafts a clinician summary, a patient-friendly explainer, and a questions-to-confirm checklist, all editable and exportable to PDF.

No PHI is stored: chart data lives in the browser session only, tokens are never logged, and access is read-only.

Compass is decision support for clinician review, not a diagnostic device.
