JpTxGNN - 医薬品リポジショニング Explorer

JpTxGNN is a SMART on FHIR application that provides AI-predicted drug repurposing candidates for PMDA-approved medications in Japan. It leverages the TxGNN knowledge graph and deep learning models to predict new therapeutic indications for existing drugs.

Features:

- Automatically retrieves patient medications from EHR via FHIR

- Maps drugs using RxNorm and fuzzy matching to a database of 124 medications with 1,204 predicted indications

- Supports Japanese drug names (商品名) with brand-to-generic mapping

- Evidence levels (L1-L5) based on knowledge graph and deep learning validation

- Integrated ClinicalTrials.gov search for related clinical trials

- Localized Japanese interface (日本語)

- Standalone mode available for testing without EHR connection
