Omiihealth AI CDS

Omiihealth AI CDS is a full-stack standalone web app that connects securely to EHR systems via the SMART on FHIR standard, pulling real patient data through FHIR resources and layering an AI assistant on top to give clinicians real-time clinical decision support at the point of care. It supports local LLMs through Ollama for private on-premise inference, easily integrating models like MedGemma and Llama locally or via external APIs, with HIPAA-conscious design for US healthcare interoperability.
