Growth Chart for Infants

The growth chart web application has been designed and developed for parents and pediatricians to visualize infant's growth data from birth to 36 months. The app includes charts of infants' length, weight, and head circumference. The chart is presented in both metric and imperial units. The percentile data is based on CDC's National Center for Health Statistics and adjusted according to the patient's gender.
