NurseBrain® Synapse

NurseBrain® Synapse helps bedside nurses stay organized throughout their shift. Nurses build a digital brain sheet, track tasks and assessments, and hand off patients with structured SBAR notes. With a SMART on FHIR R4 connection, the brain sheet can fill in from the EHR: demographics, problems, medications, allergies, labs, and vitals (USCDI). EHR connections are currently in development and available for sandbox evaluation; production availability is confirmed with each health system during onboarding.
