Patient Notification App

Allows patients to receive follow-up notifications and results on a phone or tablet, instead of waiting for a letter in the mail. This allows patients to easily and quickly ascertain what their next steps should be in relation to a recent imaging test. Future versions will add the ability to book follow-up appointments from within the app.
